The bed was a dream! I got to catch an early flight without the traffic stress. Plus, there’s a yummy Tandoori restaurant just a short walk away!

Liked New York City, the hotel was comfy in an undesirable neighborhood. The location of the venue was magnificent - relatively near a public park. Besides, it was near Greenacres mall, Jamaica Station, and the airport.

The staff was great, they provided a great service. The hotel's location was excellent, near to a taxi called for free, the premises by car, and an efficient shuttle service. We stayed at your hotel because we were flying out early morning back to Australia. We had stayed at another JFK hotel when we arrived in US and found yours far superior. Had everything we needed and your staff were really helpful including the man who shuttled us at 4am in the morning to JFK airport he was great and really proffesional.Thank you very much!

The pressure of the shower was great , the location of the hotel is near JFK airport ... its good for one night sleep but there is better hotels to go better than this hotel.

Outstanding value, fantastic hotel with outstanding service. Free breakfasts and decent food available. Very specious and quiet room overlooking street. Great location near the Resorts casino and pretty nice area. And a 5-minute walk from Harlem River Greenway.

The rooms here are very spacious, clean, and come with comfortable seating and a large bed, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff were all very friendly - the people at the desk and restaurant welcomed me warmly. (The server in the restaurant, Anastasia, was quite caring and thorough, and actually anticipated my needs - I felt right at home.) Question 1 above: MORE than one reason for choosing the Fairfield - location, but also rate and facilities, including the in-house restaurant, which was very important! - and completely non-smoking, very important for comfort and sleep.
